"I recently canceled both my home and auto policies with LaVonne Gorsuch Insurance Agency after one of the most stressful and heartbreaking experiences I’ve ever had with an insurance company. For nearly a year, I fought to understand why my wind and hail roof claim was denied while my next-door neighbor’s roof — same age, same type of roof, same roofer — was approved. "I've been with lavonne gorsuch for more than 10 years now and no matter how many times I pay several months in advance I always seem to get a cancelation notice saying I was a few dollars short to cover the months they told me the balance for, it always increased. The last time I called to make sure I knew how much I owed they told me it wasn't even due until the next month then proceeded to cancel my insurance before the next due date. It's been a constant struggle working with them no matter how many months I pay in advance that always seems to be an issue Lavonne does not seem to take accountability for her workers."
