"I've been with lavonne gorsuch for more than 10 years now and no matter how many times I pay several months in advance I always seem to get a cancelation notice saying I was a few dollars short to cover the months they told me the balance for, it always increased. The last time I called to make sure I knew how much I owed they told me it wasn't even due until the next month then proceeded to cancel my insurance before the next due date.
